Buffalo Grove Students Earn College Credit at Harper for Financial Accounting

Buffalo Grove High School students William Patino, David Timm, Ryan Toher and Katherine Shanahan enrolled in their school's College-Level Accounting, a course that mirrors ACCT 101 Fundamentals of Financial Accounting at Harper College.  Upon completion of the course at BG and passing a proficiency exam though Harper, these outstanding business students earned four semester hours of college credit for ACCT 101 Fundamentals of Financial Accounting at Harper College during their senior year.  Theys are now eligible to enroll directly in Managerial Accounting or transfer the credits to another university.  Tom Mroz is their BGHS instructor.
