MaryEllen will post the announcements on BG Conferences.

STUDENT ANNOUNCEMENTS:

MaryEllen Kramer collects and types the student announcements (3 day maximum run).

The deadline for submitting announcements for the following day is 1:30 p.m..

Prior to 1:30 p.m., the Athletic Assistant will provide a copy of the next days athletic contests to MaryEllen Kramer. In a standardized format, MaryEllen will type the upcoming varsity contests, indicating sport, time and location of contest.

After 1:30 p.m. MaryEllen will provide Mr. Galligan a copy in preparation for keying the information into the teleprompter.

LATE ANNOUNCEMENTS:

Will be accepted/read if time permits. These announcements will have to be given to Mr. Galligan before 7:15 a.m.

Late announcements for an event which occurred after the deadline can be handwritten and turned into MaryEllen Kramer by 7:05 a.m.
