ASL and English Bilingual Storytelling Takes The Stage in Suzan Zeder’s The Taste of Sunrise

Buffalo Grove High School Theater Arts Program presents The Taste of Sunrise by Suzan Zeder. This bilingual drama is performed in American Sign Language (ASL) and spoken English. Performances are open to the public and run Thursday through Saturday, October 15-17, 2015. September 2015 Students of the Month Honored at Buffalo Grove

An outstanding student has been selected from each academic division at Buffalo Grove High School to be honored as the September 2015 Student of the Month. Senior Daniela Kloes of Arlington Heights was nominated as the Career Technology Education Department's honoree by CTE teacher Corinne Ginder, who commented, "Daniela is an extremely dedicated student. Buffalo Grove High School Students Named Semifinalists to the 2016 National Merit Scholarship Program

Two Buffalo Grove High School students have been named as semifinalists in the 61st Annual National Merit Scholarship Program, officials from the National Merit Scholarship Corporation announced. Officials also named four Buffalo Grove High School students as commended scholars. The commended scholars are Timothy Caballero, Sarah Clarke, and Edyta Czaplinski of Arlington Heights and Samantha McCarragher of Buffalo Grove.
